Here's how the coffee is made with Brikka induction: for a particularly creamy coffee, fill the kettle with water to the safety valve, insert the funnel and add the ground coffee to the espresso makers without squeezing. Close the brikka tightly and place it on the baking sheet over medium heat. As soon as your brikka starts to bubble, turn off the baking sheet and enjoy great coffee.
The size of the Brikka Induction is measured in cups, and coffee can be enjoyed in espresso cups or in larger cups as needed. The Brikka Induction is available in a 4-cup format (160 ml of coffee+cream).
Cleaning instructions: Bialetti Brikka Induction should only be rinsed with water after use. Do not use detergent. The product should not be washed in the dishwasher as this may damage it and therefore alter the taste of the coffee.
